What is “regular Metro bus service” according to the Americans with Disabilities Act?

The Americans with Disabilities Act defines regular bus service as all-day, round-trip service. This is does not include peak-only service (buses that only run during the morning or evening commute in one direction), nor does it include dial-a-ride (DART) service areas.
