Passage of the short-term congestion reduction charge gives Metro an opportunity to continue making our services more efficient. Using our new strategic plan and associated service guidelines, Metro will make a series of changes over the next two years that will improve the performance of our transit system.

We hope the community members we serve will stay engaged as we make these decisions about system improvements.
